Hi, my name is Raevyn,

I am a registered clinical counsellor in Kelowna BC. Originally born in Saskatchewan, I moved to Kelowna at a young age and have called it home ever since. In my free time you will often find me enjoying movement and adventure while teaching spin classes, weight lifting, and hiking.

I understand the feelings that come with starting therapy and searching for that “right fit”. I value the therapeutic relationship deeply and believe it is essential to the meaningful work we do together.

I aim to create a judgment free space centered around safety, honesty, curiosity, and genuine care that allows you to show up each time just as you are. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and safe within the therapy space is the foundation to our work.

I practice in a way that honours both the mind and body, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences are deeply connected. Together, we can explore what feels most present for you, making sense of these experiences, and finding new ways to move through. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for support, you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Hi, I’m Madi :)

I offer a holistic approach rooted in polyvagal theory to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery. By integrating mind-body techniques and understanding the role of the nervous system in emotional regulation, therapy aims to create a balanced, safe space for transformation. Through this approach, I guide you to reconnect with yourself, fostering resilience and well-being by addressing both the psychological and physiological aspects of your experience.

I integrate somatic practices to encourage deeper body awareness and facilitate healing, and utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process past trauma and rewire unhelpful patterns.

My areas of focus:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress & Burnout
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • C-PTSD
  • Relationship Issues
  • Emotional Regulation & Mood Management

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a counsellor who takes a collaborative, values-based approach to help you build tools and self-awareness as you navigate life transitions, relationship changes, and self-discovery. In our work together, I’ll support you in exploring your personal values, goals, and identity.

As a therapist, I view you as the expert of your own experience, and see it as my role to encourage reflection, exploration, and clarity as you move through life and work towards your goals. It’s important to me that I meet you where you’re at and follow your lead through the therapeutic process.

Our sessions together will mainly be talk therapy-based, and I will also incorporate skills-based practices so that you walk away feeling more confident as you navigate life’s challenges. My approach to counselling is based on both cognitive modalities and body-based work, and I draw from modalities including CBT, ACT, and DBT, while also leaning on an understanding of the nervous system and polyvagal-informed approaches. My goal is to empower you to live the fullest version of your life, whatever that may look like.

To learn a bit more about me, you can find my bio on the Mind Movement website!
